Kansas native Dr. Mike Dostal completed his D.D.S. at the University of Missouri, Kansas City. Dr. Dostal worked as an associate in Denver prior to making Kansas City his home, where he now focuses primarily on cosmetic procedures and full arch solutions. In his time away from the office, he enjoys golfing, hunting and spending time with his family.

Originally from St. Louis, Dr. Lauren Andreas followed in her father’s footsteps and earned her D.D.S at UMKC. After her residency in Denver, Dr. Andreas began her career in non-profit clinics before joining her husband at Mill Creek Dental. She enjoys traveling, reading and cooking for family and friends.
Dr. Brittingham is passionate about changing lives through dentistry. A 2001 graduate of Creighton University School of Dentistry, he is a board-certified Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Highly skilled and experienced in the surgical procedures associated with dental implant treatment, he uses metal-free zirconia implants to support replacement teeth. Dr. Brittingham is also certified in IV sedation.
Dr. Kai Ezell is a Kansas native who is very excited to be part of the team at Mill Creek Dental. Dr. Kai attended Creighton University for his Undergraduate and Dental Degree where he graduated Cum Laude.
